1.0 oz Amarula
1.0 oz Cointreau
Splash of OJ
OJ concentrate
Sugar coated orange for garnish
Method:
Shake vodka, amarula, cointreau with ice vigourisly in shaker. Rim martini glass with OJ concentrate. Garnish with sugar coated orange.

This is actually an iced coffee drink. It is shaken and then poured over ice. Topped with whipped cream and drizzled with a rasp sauce! Delicious!

10 Oz. Martini glass
Method:
Muddle Raspberries in a pint glass Fill with ice put in a 7 count of stoli vanil put in a 2 count of amarula Shake and strain into a 10 Oz. Martini Glass Dust the top with ground cinnamon then Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1/2 fresh banana
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 oz milk
1/2 scoop crushed ice
Method:
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Garnish inside of glass with a swirl of chocolate syrup from bottom to top. Immediately pour drink in. Garnish with whipped cream and a chocolate covered cherry!

3/4 oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Orange juice

7 oz. ice
Method:
Place all ingredients in blender with ice, flash blend until ice is somewhat crushed. Pour in a goblet-style wine glass with a straw and sprinkle chocolate powder on top. Enjoy!
