Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Amarula
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 egg white
Splash Soda Water

Orange Twist
Method:
Mix Amarula, Cointreau, and egg white in a shaker and shake vigorously until drink is smooth and frothy. Strain into a martini glass and top with soda. Rim glass with orange twist.

Method:
Fill a mixing cup with ice, add liquors, shake vigorously, strain into a chilled rocks glass and serve neat.

Bacardi 151
1 oz. Coffee
1 oz. Godiva Chocolate
1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Creme (preferably Baileys)
Chocolate shavings
Cinnamon sprinkles
Method:
In a Martini glass, Sugar rim, splash 151 inside, light on fire and carmalize sugar. Pour Cofee, Godiva, Creme de Cacao and Baileys in mixing tin over ice, shake well until frothy then strain into martini glass. Sprinkle chocolate shavings and cinnamon on top for presentation. Enjoy!

Method:
Add Amarula, Kalhlua, Butter shots, choc milk and ice into blender. Take a pint glass and drip choc syrup onto inside of glass. Add mix from blender and top with wip cream.

Method:
This cocktail is served straight up in a chilled martini glass with a chocolate sprinkle rim. Shake this cocktail very hard to get it nice and fluffy. A great after dinner cocktail.
