Ingredients:
Amarula/n Stoli Razberi/n Godiva Chocolate/n Godiva White Chocolate/n Chambord/n Chocolate Syrup/n Raspberry Topping
Method:
Drizzle chocolate syrup and raspberry topping decoratively into a martini glass. In a shaker combine 2 parts Stoli Razberi and 1 part each Amarula, Godiva Chocolate Liquer, and Godiva White Chocolate Liquer. Shake until frothy and strain into the martini glass. Finally, pour 1 part Chambord or raspberry schnapps downthe sideof the martini glass allowing it to sink to the bottom of the glass.

Method:
Combine all ingredients in ice and shake. Pour Into a Chilled Martini Glass with Hershey's Syrup Swirl. Give the Martini glass a Hershey's Powder Choco Rim as well... Garnish with a Super Skinny Orange Slice to Float... Enjoy the Dream!!!

Method:
I chill a martini glass and fill a shaker with ice. I put 1 3/4 oz of Amarula and 1/2 oz of 43. I shake well and strain into my chilled martini glass. I have also made this as a shooter. This has become very popular at my bar.

1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
1 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz of milk
Method:
A very sweet and delightful Amarula Cocktail. Mix all ingredient in a martini shaker with ice and serve in either a martini glass or over ice. also for an added touch put a lil whipped cream on top and serve with a chocalate candy for decoration both which are optional:)

1 oz Kettle One Vodka
1.5 oz Heavy Cream
1 Egg White
Squeeze Lemon Juice
1 Half Vodka Macerated Fresh Mission Fig
Dash of Hacienda made mesquite bean oil
Method:
Start with half a fresh misson fig which has been soaked overnight in Kettle One, muddle until pulpy. Add two large cracked ice cubes. Add Amarula, Vodka, and Heavy Cream. Separate egg white from yolk, being sure to discard unbroken egg yolk. Add one squeeze lemon juice. Add a dash of Hacienda made mesquite bean oil. Shake until bartender's wrist beings to snap and all ingredients are well combined. Apply granulated honey to the rim of a small Stolzle rocks glass. Place one large piece of cracked ice in glass. Strain contents of shaker into glass. Top with a healthy splash of seltzer. Shave fresh nutmeg to taste and enjoy.

1 1/2 oz Amarula
1/2 oz Drambuie
1/2 oz The Macallan 12 yr
1/2 oz spiced honey (instructions follow)
1 oz FRESH blood orange juice
Method:
Shake all ingredients HARD and double strain into chilled martini glass. Make a spiral from the skin of the blood orange to make garnish and float on top. To make spiced honey: fresh grated nutmeg, ground cloves, cinnamon, orange zest and honey. (equal parts of the spices)
