Method:

2oz Dark Rum
1oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
.5oz Allspice Dram
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, add ice and shake. In separate rocks glass/'Bucket', pour ingredients into glass with fresh ice. For garnish, twist an orange peel over the glass and add orange twist to cocktail. If you REALLY want to get tricky, you can make Amarula Whipped Cream over the top of the cocktail by mixing together 1part Amarula to 3parts whipped cream. Delicious.

Mix all four ingredients into a pint glass over ice slice open a fresh vanilla bean shake hard for 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled martini glass.

1 oz amarula
1 oz amaretto
splash godiva chocolate liquor (white/n dark/n milk)
1 oz vodka
Method:
1. get a martini glass and put some liquid around the rim and flip the glass and put it in some chocolate sprinkles (or any other sprinkles if you dislike them) 2. get a bottle with chocolate syrup and carefully decorate the glass in chocolate 3. in a shaker, add ice and add amarula, amaretto and vodka shake for 15-30 seconds 4. pour into martini glass, add a splash of godiva chocolate liquor

Marscapone Cheese
1 Ladyfinger Cookie
Shot of amaretto or
Shot of vanillla vodka
2 shots of amarula
Shot of Kahlua or esspresso liquor
One and a half scoops ice cream.
Method:
In a blender, add together the shot of Kahlua (or esspresso liquor), vodka, amaretto, amarula, ice cream and marscapone cheese (one stick). Blend together until no longer lumpy and a thick and creamy consistency is reached. Garnish with ladyfinger cookie.

Method:
Mix 1 1/2 oz Amarula, vodka and frangelico with ice cream and cream blend until smooth. Garnish a collins glass with streaks of caramel then pour blended mix into the cup. Top with the 1/2oz of amarula whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed heath bar and caramel sauce. Makes 1 serving

Martini/Cocktail glass In a mixing tin add all ingredients and "DRY" shake for Froth, add ice and shake vigorously, strain into a martini glass. Method:
Take a high ball glass, add the conac in first, follow the cognac with the Amarula. Add the 1/2 scoop of ice cream to float on the top and go around the brim of glass with spray canned whip cream and top with a cherry. (I added a bit of granadine on top to add more of a fruity flavor)
