1 oz. Amarula Cream Liqueur
1 oz. Stoli Vanil
1/4 oz. Godiva Original Chocolate Liqueur
1/4 oz. Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 small shot of very strong freshly brewed Italian dark roast espresso
Splash of half and half
Garnish:
Finely grated bittersweet chocolate
Finely grated white chocolate
1 biscotti or pirouline cookie/n long enough to top the glass
Freeze a martini glass.
Fill a sidecar globe with ice and set a carafe inside. This will keep the remainder of the martini cold while the drink is being sipped from the martini glass.
Take the martini glass out of the freezer and wait for the condensation to form from the thaw. Coat one half of the glass with the dark grated chocolate, and the other half with the white grated chocolate.
Fill a martini shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Gently stir the martini with a mixing spoon to combine.
Pour the martini mixture into the carafe until filled to the neck, and place back inside the globe sidecar. Insert a mixing glass onto the martini shaker and shake twice so that some froth forms. Pour the remaining shaken mixture into the martini glass, and top the glass with the biscotti or pirouline cookie.
Serve the glass and the globe together. Adult dessert in a glass! Enjoy!

1/2 oz. Qi Black Tea Liquor
1/2 oz. Lagavulin Scotch Single Malt
Garnish:
Very fine sugar
Cinnamon powder
Cinnamon stick
Pre-chill a martini glass with crushed ice and water.
Mix all the ingredients except the scotch and the garnishes in a shaker (no ice, so it will not water down), put ice and stir with a bar spoon (don't shake).
Dump the crushed ice and the water from the martini glass, lace the glass with the scotch (make sure that the martini glass is well-laced with the scotch from top to bottom to have that smoky aroma and so the sugar and cinnamon powder will stick into the lip of the glass).
Rim the martini glass with half side sugar and the other half side with cinnamon powder.
Strain the drink into the martini glass.
Garnish with cinnamon stick and with a smile.
Enjoy!
Drink responsibly. Don't drink and drive. (It might spill on your lap while driving) ;)
1.5oz Amarula
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1 to 2 shots Espresso
Prepare the espresso in a slightly larger espresso glass (to leave room for the good stuff). First pour in 1 oz of peach schnapps, next add 1.5 oz of Amarula. Stir gently, enjoy. Whipped cream garnish optional.
