Double Shot of Amarula
One Shot of Bailey's Irish Cream
Splash of Heavy Cream
1/4 Teaspoon of Buckwheat Honey
Grated Fresh Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Crushed Ice

Pour shots and heavy cream into shaker. Add ice. Line bottom of highball glass with honey. Shake for two or so minutes, strain into glass. Garnish with Nutmeg. Serve.

Combine liquid ingredients in cocktail shaker with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass w/ coconut rim and garnish with mint sprig.

Float Creme de Cocoa

Pour Absolute Vanilla, Amarula and Kaluha into mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Pour into cocktail glass. Float a splash of Creme de Cocoa and garish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

1 part Kahlua
1 part Bacardi white rum
1 part Brandy
1 part Amarula
4 parts Vanilla Ice-cream
Mint Sprig
Chocolate Shavings

Add Kahlua, Bacardi, Brandy and most importantly the Amarula into a blender. Add the ice-cream. Blend until a good texture. It should be thick and smooth. When the desired texture is attained, pour the mix into a white wine glass. The recipe should make 2 drinks but can vary on how much ice-cream you add for thickness.Garnish the drink with some chocolate shavings and a mint sprig. The drink always gets a straw as well...
